An Australian bachelor’s degree or higher is required, preferably with a major in ICT that is closely relevant to specified field of work (ANZSCO). In addition, you must meet one of the criteria listed below for an ACS competency evaluation:

You need a degree that is equivalent to an AQF bachelor’s degree or higher with an ICT major and two years of work experience within the last ten years. A degree that is equivalent to an AQF bachelor’s degree or higher with an ICT minor and five years of work experience within the last ten years. A degree that is equivalent to an AQF diploma or vendor certification plus five years of work experience within the last ten years.
