Description

In Australia, the ICT Support and Test Engineers are expected to detect the flaws in the system, maintaining, the technical quality, processing guidelines for system infrastructure, analyzing, investigation the problem in the system and offering the best solution to it. They are also required to detect the performance issues and improve the functionality, behavior, and integrity of the system. However, out of all the major function is to prepare and offer strategies to create, develop and maintain the quality and performance of the system.

Tasks

  • Scheduling and carrying out audit inspection, preparing data and documentation and examining the existing systems.
  • Identifying the different high risks for the system in terms of security and developing the standards and procedures to keep the system safe
  • Creating and reviewing the technical documents such as instructional, procedural, manual and technical reports, maintaining the inventory system
  • Carrying out reviews for the organizational system and assessing them for providing reviews regarding the further use of hardware and software
  • Helping in troubleshooting maintains and checking the flaws in the system and providing solutions accordingly
  • Communicating with the users for management of the system and creating standard procedures to spread awareness.
  • Performing quality control activities.
