Description

The ICT Support and Test Engineers work towards developing and creating strategies that help in maintaining and managing the website of the system. They maintain and develop the guidelines for the system infrastructure thereby maintaining, examining the flaws in the system related to performance, behavior, functionality, and integrity.

Tasks

  • Developing and reviewing the technical documents such as instructional, procedural, and operational guide providing a manual and technical report.
  • Examining, identifying the potential flaws in the system and programming codes as per the testing protocols, guidelines, and quality to ensure smooth performance of the system
  • The offering, maintaining and developing technical guidance and training for software application and operational procedure
  • Carrying out troubleshooting and solving the existing flaws and problems Suggesting development plans and improvement in technology and monitoring the different processes and audits
  • Scheduling and maintaining audit inspection, reviewing and examining the system, data, and related documents.
