Description

The ICT Support and Test Engineers work towards creating and developing strategies and procedures for supporting, maintaining, creating and developing guidelines for the assuranceprocess. They work towards developing guidelines for system architecture, detect the flaws in the system and solve the problem. They also detect the performance issues and analyze the functionality of the system thereby working towards improving it.

  • Developing and providing technical assistance and guidance regarding software applications and Operational procedure
  • Analyzing, examining and determining the existing flaws in the systems such as maintenance, installation issue, configuration, troubleshooting issue, desktop, hardware, printer, software, internet issue, security, database, and operating system problem
  • Communication and informing the audience about user management and awareness to adhere to the rules and standards
  • Carrying out organizational system review and offering suggestions regarding using the future and current hardware and software
